Mark Nepo’s article, “How to Return to your Center,” is one of the most earnest and empowering piece’s of writing I’ve read in a LONG TIME! It’s a quick read that packs a pretty potent punch of insight. His perspective of enlightenment being a process we continually live within, rather than a destination we live to arrive at, brought an instantaneous wave of calm over my mind, body, and soul. He speaks to the balance between the finite (human) and the infinite (spirit) in a harmonious fashion that left me feeling motivated to continuing riding this flow we call life!

Like birds, humans also have unique primal skills for thriving in life, rather than merely surviving. We have the powerful—and sometimes mysterious—tool of consciousness.
