Recovery is an essential part of your optimal health!  Learn how to use simple yoga props for a Self Myofascial Release Massage.   This workshop explores the use of compression in different trigger points all around your body by using just a Block & Tennis Ball to relieve muscle tension and fascia tissue soreness.  Leave feeling deep relaxation like you just stepped out of a professional massage!  Led by E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga/Meditation Instructor and Teacher Trainer, Julianne Farrell.
