Intro to Budakon Yoga

Flow through the signature transitions from the Budokon Yoga Primary Series, which blend Yoga, Martial Arts and Animal Movements, in a graceful continuous flow. This is an art that focuses on transitions, instead of positions (or shapes). The result of this focus is a more fluid and sustainable practice, with more balance and strength. Fearless Handstands and Arm Balances

After over a decade of teaching inversion, Donato has observed that the main reason why people do not nail the handstand (and any other arm balancing tricks) is because they are scared of falling on their face. Many students feel frustrated after years of trying and using many different strategies with no success. Donato has developed this workshop series to fix all of that by teaching you some important details that change the game, so you can feel safe and confident. You will be upside down in no time!
