Arm balances are an exciting yet intimidating part of any yoga practice. In this intelligent two hour workshop we will break down the barriers and learn to approach low flying arm balances from a place of confidence, play and trust.
Bend those elbows, shift your weight and lift your feet in many different variations of low flying arm balances. We will target crow variations, flying pigeon, eight angle, grasshopper, firefly, and many fun and creative variations of these asanas.
All levels of student and teacher are welcome in this workshop.
