Crow is considered the godfather of all low-flying arm balances and it’s one of the most commonly practiced arm balances in a Vinyasa Yoga class.
At this workshop we will learn how to balance in crow from the ground up by focusing on alignment. We will break down the easiest ways to get into the pose and will explore many different variations of crow including transitions in and out of it. Beginners and advanced practitioners welcome, this workshop is great for all levels!
