It is never too early, or late, to start your quest for the press! Pressing up (lifting, not kicking!) into a handstand is the epitome of strength and control in the body and breath. Join Ali for a 90 minute workshop on how to start your own journey to a press up handstand. NO CURRENT HANDSTAND REQUIRED! Often times learning to slow down the body and move with control is the best way to learn alignment in a handstand before being able to actually hold the posture. You CAN do it!
