Join our registered dietitian Stephanie Fiorentino for a workshop on Mindful Eating. Explore why we eat the foods we eat and begin to break the cycle of deprivation and guilt with nutritious and satisfying foods.
The workshops begins with a 45 minute presentation on the fundamentals of mindful nutrition. Then we’ll re-center and get moving with Julianne for a 45 minute yoga flow. Class will finish with a group discussion so come prepared to share your challenges and learn from the experiences of others.
