NEW TO YOGA

How to Prepare for Class

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, we lock the doors at the start of each class
  • Wear non restrictive clothing
  • Bring water, a mat, a towel, and be prepared to sweat
  • Ask questions, our teachers and staff are there to help you
  • Turn off or silence your cell phones prior to class
  • Most importantly, be yourself and have fun!
