Explore the subtleties within your practice as you flow with greater awareness through our Mindful Vinyasa class. The flow is at a slightly slower pace than our power vinyasa classes with more emphasis on alignment, pranyama and meditation throughout the practice. Expect a thoughtful vinyasa flow, longer savasana and space to be with your thoughts as you mindfully transition from posture to posture, often in a candlelight room.
