Our Beginner’s Power class is a slow paced vinyasa flow designed to introduce new students to yoga and reconnect even the most advanced to the fundamentals of the practice. 60 minutes of music-free, basic sequencing allows our instructors to take more time to explain the poses and transitions, giving students the space to safely learn and grow within their own yogic journey. Rooted in the mind body connection, this class invites the breath to connect with the body through movements, offering students the opportunity to feel each pose throughout class. Whether you’re looking to explore a regular practice or expand your knowledge, Beginner’s Power offers the foundation for further exploration on your mat.
