If you’re new to yoga, this is the perfect place to start gaining an understanding of alignment and fundamentals. Our Beginner’s Power class encourages students at any level to embrace a beginner’s mindset. We slow the Power Vinyasa pace down, keep our sequencing simple, and take more time explaining and experiencing each posture. During class we often break down common poses or transitions, so you can develop a safe and confident physical yoga practice. This class excludes music so that you can more easily tune in to your breath and movement.
