Elevate your body and center your mind with this well balanced class. We will begin with a satisfying vinyasa flow then sit for a 10-20 minute meditation.

Our teachers will offer a variety of meditation techniques that will vary depending on the group that shows up to class that day. You can expect to experience meditations that are guided, silent or focused on music.

Class is lightly heated to 80 degrees. We will often open our windows as weather allows.
