Claudia has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Initially she was drawn to the practice because it reminded her of her childhood years as a gymnast. She quickly grew fond of yoga after realizing the mind-body benefits of a regular practice as a way to withdraw from the stress of a busy work life. She became a volunteer at Buddha B Yoga Center in 2011 and in 2015 graduated from the Buddha B Yoga Center's 200-hour teacher training in Washington, DC.
Claudia teaches energetic, dynamic, powerful vinyasa flow classes and relaxing and replenishing restorative classes. In her years of teaching, she has inspired several of her regular students to enroll in teacher training and mentor several teacher trainees.
