Emma has been practicing yoga for over a decade, with roots in vinyasa and a growing interest in hatha-based styles. She completed Bare Feet Power Yoga’s Teacher Training in 2024 and is grateful to have the opportunity to continue to share space with this community as a teacher. For Emma, yoga is a journey into the subtle layers of the body and mind, exploring movement and awareness on a deeper level with each practice. An avid climber, Emma also embraces yoga’s ability to cultivate both strength and balance, physically and mentally.
As a teacher, she offers a meditative yet dynamic practice, encouraging students to honor their bodies and meet themselves where they are – whether through an energizing flow, a restful child’s pose, or quiet moments of introspection. As a never-ending student, she loves to learn about yoga’s rich philosophy and share it in her classes. She invites her fellow yogis to tap into deeper reserves of power, silence, and inner beauty through a steady, intentional practice.
